Terms of service
Terms of service
Last updated: 9 August 2026
These terms apply when you visit simva.nl or purchase from Simva NL, a trading name operated by Peers Community B.V. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
1. Business information
Peers Community B.V., trading as Simva NL

KvK: 93051468
Email: alavi@trypeers.com

2. Products and availability
We aim to display product descriptions, colours, dimensions and images accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Handmade and made-to-order items may show minor variations that are part of their character. Products and variants are subject to availability.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected for your market and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping costs and any other charges are shown before payment. Payment is processed securely through the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store complete payment-card details.
4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. You will receive an electronic acknowledgement. The agreement is concluded when we accept the order for fulfilment. We may cancel or refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure or an undeliverable destination. If payment was taken, the affected amount will be refunded.
5. Processing, shipping and delivery
Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates and shipping charges are displayed at checkout and are not guarantees. Tracking is provided when available. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact us as soon as possible if it needs correction. Further details are in our Shipping policy.
6. Right of withdrawal, returns and cancellations
Consumers in the European Union generally have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason. This right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, and other statutory exceptions may apply. A product made only after ordering is not automatically excluded when it is a standard item with standard options.
Orders may be cancelled until fulfilment through the customer account where available or by contacting us. Return conditions, instructions, costs and refund timing are set out in our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights for faulty, damaged or non-conforming goods.
7. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate order and contact information and use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale, misuse its content, or attempt unauthorised access.
8. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, copy, graphics, product photography and branding are owned by or licensed to Peers Community B.V. They may not be reproduced or commercially used without written permission, except where permitted by law.
9. Third-party services
The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery and analytics services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their independent content or services.
10. Liability
We are responsible where required by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, business loss, or delay caused by events reasonably outside our control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled under our Privacy policy. Shopify also processes information needed to operate the storefront and checkout.
12. Changes and severability
We may update these terms prospectively. The version shown when an order is placed applies to that order. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
13. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Dutch law, without removing any mandatory protection available to consumers in their country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. Consumers may also use any competent dispute-resolution or court procedure available under applicable law.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to alavi@trypeers.com or submitted through our contact page.
